Job Summary
Drive business growth by establishing and nurturing client relationships within the building and construction sector. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, deliver tailored proposals, and manage tender processes to secure contracts and expand market presence.
What you do
- Establish and develop professional relationships with prospects, focusing on generating new business opportunities
- Proactively identify potential clients and initiate follow-up actions to close sales within assigned operational segments
- Analyze market conditions, competitor activities, and industry trends to inform strategic sales approaches
- Prepare and deliver customized presentations and sales quotations aligned with client requirements to support successful deal closure
- Coordinate with factory teams to monitor site progress and ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Manage tender processes including submission preparation and participation in tender interviews to secure contracts
- Execute additional ad-hoc duties as assigned to support business objectives
What we are looking for
- Diploma or Degree in Building or related fields to support technical understanding of client needs
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience in the building and construction sector, preferably with exposure to Furniture and Fittings
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license to facilitate client visits and site coordination
- Demonstrated self-drive, focus, and goal orientation to achieve sales targets
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively
- Robust organizational and planning skills to manage multiple client engagements and tender deadlines
