Our client is a global intelligent robotics company integrating AI with advanced robotics technologies, with operations across Europe and Asia. The company is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to be based in Singapore, supporting business activities across Southeast Asia.
This role reports to the Group General Counsel based in China and Germany and works closely with regional and global teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal support on commercial and corporate law matters, including contract drafting and negotiation, corporate governance, and general business operations.
- Support cross-border transactions and regional entity matters.
- Assist with capital marketsrelated matters as needed; U.S. IPO experience is a plus.
- Coordinate with external counsel and collaborate with legal teams in China and Germany.
- Travel to the Germany headquarters as required.
Requirements
- Law degree from a well-recognized law school.
- Qualified to practice law in Singapore; US or UK Bar admission is a plus.
- Over 8 years of experience from a combination of international law firms and in-house legal roles.
- Strong foundation in commercial and corporate law.
- High level of independence, solid legal fundamentals, and strong communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
