(Senior) Legal Counsel - Financial Institution - Singapore
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on operations, corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements under MAS and other relevant authorities.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including service contracts, regulatory filings, and partnership agreements.
- Develop internal legal frameworks, policies, and processes to support the company's growth.
- Provide support to business for litigation and dispute resolution by giving legal advice.
Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer with min 8 years of legal experience,preferably within the banking, Insurance or other financial services companies.
- Proven ability to work independently and establish legal frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and fluency in Mandarin is a must
