  • Support and coordinate pillar-level and departmental events and activities throughout the year, ensuring alignment with student development objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end operations including logistics, scheduling, marketing materials, vendor coordination, procurement, and administrative support to ensure smooth and successful delivery.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to analyse student life and scholarship data, track KPIs, gather feedback, and support evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement.

  • Strong ability to build and sustain partnerships with universities, industry partners, mentors, and internal stakeholders.

  • Proficient in data analysis and visualisation tools such as Power BI, with experience creating dashboards, tracking KPIs, and supporting data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in engaging diverse stakeholders and delivering engaging and memorable experiences.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with scholarship programmes, university admissions processes, mentoring frameworks, or leadership development is an advantage.
