We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Service Delivery & Transformation Manager to lead large-scale service delivery operations, major transition and transformation programs, and regional IT initiatives across APAC. This role requires strong leadership across service management, project delivery, SAP supply chain applications, infrastructure, vendor management, and financial governance.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery & Transformation
- Lead and manage IT service delivery across multiple domains, ensuring high service quality and operational excellence.
- Drive major transition and transformation programs, including service onboarding, modernization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as a key stakeholder between business, operations, and technical teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Project & Program Management
- Manage complex in-house and externally delivered projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Oversee cross-functional project teams and coordinate with internal stakeholders and third-party partners.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
SAP Application & Supply Chain
- Provide functional oversight and domain expertise for SAP applications, with a strong focus on Supply Chain Management.
- Collaborate with business users and application teams to ensure SAP solutions meet operational and business requirements.
Infrastructure, Networking & Data Centre
- Possess strong understanding of networking and data centre environments.
- Guide technical teams in assessing risks, resolving incidents, and addressing operational issues.
- Lead data centre migration and refresh programs, including planning, execution, and post-migration stabilization.
Vendor & Operations Management
- Maintain strong governance and control over vendor performance, contracts, and service levels.
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
- Manage relationships with strategic vendors and service providers across the region.
Financial Management
- Own financial forecasting and budgeting for IT services and programs across the APAC region.
- Manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets, ensuring cost optimization and financial transparency.
- Provide regular financial reporting and insights to senior leadership.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in IT Service Delivery Management, including leading large transition and transformation programs.
Strong project and program management experience across internal and external initiatives. - Functional experience with SAP applications, particularly in Supply Chain Management.
- Solid understanding of networking, data centre operations, and infrastructure services.
- Hands-on experience managing data centre migration and refresh programs.
- Strong vendor management and operational collaboration experience.
- Demonstrated experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and managing CAPEX/OPEX, preferably across APAC.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL, PMP/PRINCE2, or similar certifications
- SAP functional certifications
- Experience working in a regional or global enterprise environment
