Join a high-impact team responsible for building and supporting secure, scalable file transfer and messaging platforms across enterprise systems.
What You'll Be Doing
- Act as the technical expert for file transfer and messaging platforms (e.g., IBM Connect:Direct, IBM MQ)
- Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and ensure stable system performance
- Deploy and manage middleware solutions across Linux and Windows environments
- Design and implement high availability and disaster recovery capabilities
- Support application teams and contribute to platform and infrastructure projects
- Build and enhance File-Transfer-as-a-Service and messaging capabilities on private cloud
- Automate deployments and improve operational efficiency through scripting and tooling
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in middleware, infrastructure, or platform engineering roles
- Experience working in financial services or highly regulated environments is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on troubleshooting experience
