Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Windows Server Environments (2016, 2019, 2022).
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.
• Endpoint Management Tools: BigFix, SCCM, WSUS.
• VMware: ESXi, vCenter, vSphere environments
• PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting
• SharePoint (On-prem and online) administration and access management
• Manage and resolve incidents, problems, and complex service requests in a production environment.
• Provide technical escalation support to L1/L2 teams and perform deep-dive analysis and troubleshooting.
• Monitor system performance, ensure availability, and conduct proactive capacity and patch planning.
• Execute recurring operational tasks like health checks, patch deployment, policy enforcement, and security validation.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, incident reports, and SOPs.
• Coordinate with vendors and OEM support teams for product-related escalations and issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of enterprise IT operations/support experience.
• Windows Server administration, Active Directory, Group Policies, VMware virtualization
• BigFix, SCCM (MECM), and WSUS
• PowerShell scripting
• SharePoint support and user access management
• Experience in ITIL-based service management (Incident, Change, Problem).
• Ability to function in on-call rotations or shift-based support models.
