. Deliver advanced support and operational maintenance for:
o Windows Server Environments (2016, 2019, 2022)
o Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
o Endpoint Management Tools: BigFix, SCCM, WSUS
o VMware: ESXi, vCenter, vSphere environments
o PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting
o SharePoint (On-prem and Online) administration and access management
. Manage and resolve incidents, problems, and complex service requests in a production environment.
. Provide technical escalation support to L1/L2 teams and perform deep-dive analysis and troubleshooting.
. Monitor system performance, ensure availability, and conduct proactive capacity and patch planning.
. Execute recurring operational tasks like health checks, patch deployment, policy enforcement, and security validation.
. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, incident reports, and SOPs.
. Coordinate with vendors and OEM support teams for product-related escalations and issue resolution.

Experience in Directory & Authentication Systems:
. Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID
. LDAP, PKI, and DNS Infrastructure
. SAML, OAuth, and MFA implementations
. Identity lifecycle and compliance policy enforcement
