Senior / Industrial Engineer (Penjuru)

Job Responsibilities:

• To conduct detail study and prepare layout plan and report on production lines to be modified or automated for quality, productivity and cost improvement.

• To generate requirements for new automated equipment or improvements of existing handling equipment.

• Assist the superior and project leader to obtain competitive quotations for budget submission and approval.

• To coordinate project activities with operational personnel, supervise sub-contractors and vendors to ensure schedule milestone are met and within budget.

• Have to work closely with cross functional teams to provide innovative engineering solutions for continues productivity and process improvements.

• Assist project leader to prepare timely and accurate project documentation and reporting to keep management and team members updated.

• Any other duties as and when assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree or Diploma in Mechatronics / Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in project execution related to engineering, automation, building or process industry.

• Knowledge of Programmable Logic Control (PLC)

• Able to read and interpret technical drawings, equipment manuals, etc.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD drafting skills will be an added advantage.

• Team player with strong interpersonal communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications.
