Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Bosch Rexroth for a fulfilling internship opportunity! This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in a corporate environment, allowing you to contribute to ongoing projects while learning from experienced professionals. As an Intern, Business Development, you will support the following key tasks in collaboration with experienced team members.

What you will do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Support the development of a business strategy for the Drive & Control Academy division, focused on primary on institutional projects
    • Assist with curriculum/training development and prepare project documentation.
  • Build comprehensive market data and analysis to support business development initiatives and identify growth areas within the industry
  • Review and update Quality Management (QMM), Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), and related process documentation in the company qualitymanagement system
  • Lead a mid-term continuous improvement initiative (minimum 4 months) focused on enhancing sales effectiveness, customer service excellence, or internal business processes as part of Bosch Rexroth'sContinuous Improvement Program.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economicsor related disciplines
  • Genuine enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, customer-centric Sales environment
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with data and numerical analysis
  • Excellent communication abilities and proven capacity to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Proactive, self-motivated approach with a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
  • Fluent in English proficiency in German or Asian languages is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office
