The Senior ICT Engineer assists the Manager, ICT in the daily ICT operational activities at the Office in Singapore and other countries. He/She is responsible, but not limited to, the following:
- Provide daily IT operation support to all users.
- Handles end users computer and/or laptops issues and requests promptly.
- Troubleshoots computers, laptops, network, printer and server related problems.
- Provides training, hardware/ software, administration duties and support.
- Conducts preventive work on computers, servers and firewalls.
- Assists in the installation, maintenance and management of the computer network for Main Office.
- Ensures backups are done successfully and properly.
- Assists in the management of the communications, workstations and servers of the Company's computer network.
- Develop audit plans based on risk assessments and ensure alignment with group-wide objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001), regulatory requirements, and headquarters security policies.
Minimum Qualifications/ Job Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT audit, compliance, or a related role, preferably in a group company or multinational environment.
- Relevant technical experience in both onsite support and remote site support.
- Experience in Microsoft Windows OS, Server, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure and network support will be an advantage.
