Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX (PureCloud) in a large-scale production environment.
Deep understanding of contact center architecture and operations, including Omnichannel Routing, WEM, and Telephony (SIP, RTP, VoIP).
Strong experience with Genesys Cloud APIs, data actions, and custom integrations.
Proficiency in JSON, JavaScript, Python, or similar scripting languages for automation and custom logic.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Strong project leadership, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration experience.
