We are seeking an experienced Senior IBM Datacap Developer to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing document capture solutions using IBM Datacap, with a focus on optimizing processes and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement IBM Datacap solutions for document capture and processing.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Perform system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of Datacap applications.
- Maintain and optimize existing Datacap configurations and workflows.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and team members.
Skills and Qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in IBM Datacap development and implementation.
- Proficient in IBM Datacap Designer and related tools.
- Strong understanding of document management and capture technologies.
- Experience with integration of Datacap with other enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Familiarity with database technologies like SQL Server or Oracle.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
