Recruitment Process Support
. Provide administrative and operational support for end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting coordination, application tracking, and candidate communication
. Coordinate interviews, assessment sessions, and recruitment timelines
. Maintain accurate recruitment records and databases to ensure compliance and data integrity
HR Policy Implementation
. Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures related to recruitment and selection
. Support development and updating of recruitment guidelines and standard operating procedures
. Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and regulatory requirements
Process Enhancement and Service Delivery
. Support initiatives to streamline recruitment workflows and eliminate bottlenecks
. Identify areas for improvement and contribute to enhancement projects
. Monitor service level standards and recruitment efficiency
. Enhance candidate experience through improved communication and clarity
Data Analysis and Reporting
. Collect, compile, and analyse basic recruitment metrics and statistics
Skills:
. Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines effectively as well as work independently in a fast-paced environment
. Comfortable with handling different profiles of stakeholders
Contract: 6 - 8 months.
Salary: $3,000/month (diploma holder) $4,000/month (degree holder)
