Senior Human Resource Executive Assistant #HYNT

We are seeking a Senior Human Resource Executive Assistant to be outsourced to organizations across Singapore!

Job description:
. Provide HR administrative support for assigned portfolio, covering employee life cycle events such as probation confirmation, employee transfers, conversion of working hours and employment terms, contract renewals, and post-retirement re-employment
. Process post-basic incentive payments, salary adjustments upon attainment of higher qualifications, and staff referral incentive payouts
. Ensure all HR services are delivered in compliance with HR policies, established processes, and service level agreements (SLA)
. Update work trackers accurately and timely to support monthly SLA reporting and productivity analysis
. Contribute to the Contract Management team's knowledge repository, including documentation review and updates
. Identify requirements for new or revised process documentation in line with operational needs
. Participate in cross-training initiatives to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery across the team
. Provide on-site support and maintain strong service experience for stakeholders
. Support management in process review, development, and implementation, including preparation of ad-hoc reports and data analysis
. Perform any other duties assigned by management to support growth and skill development

Job Requirements:
. Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline
. At least 1 year of relevant Human Resource work experience
. Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors and MS Office applications, especially MSExcel
