Our client is a prominent Singapore-headquartered organization and a leading player in its field.

Here is an opportunity to join them to head the HR Shared Services function and be part of their dynamic HR team. This role will lead a team to provide HR operational support across the entire employee life cycle.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide strong leadership to the team to deliver quality and timely HR services including payroll, onboarding, work pass, benefits & awards administration, learning and development support and handling employee queries
  • Build solid partnerships with the broader HR team to allow greater collaboration and enhance service delivery
  • Drive continuous process improvement and HR projects to achieve operational excellence
  • Ensure compliance with HR policy and regulatory requirements while meeting service deliverables
  • Degree qualified with solid understanding of HR Operations and Service Delivery, preferably from a Shared Services environment
  • Proven leadership experience especially mentoring large teams in complex organisations will be beneficial
  • Solid understanding of local labour laws and legislations
  • Experience in driving process improvement and change initiatives
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task to manage multiple projects while maintaining a close attention to detail.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at the senior level

Role requirements

  • Degree qualified with solid understanding of HR Operations and Service Delivery, preferably from a Shared Services environment
