Job Summary

An established company in the engineering and heavy equipment industry is seeking a Senior HR Executive to support payroll operations and day-to-day HR administration. The role involves handling end-to-end payroll processing, employee records management, recruitment coordination, and general HR operational support.

Candidates with payroll experience and strong attention to detail are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support end-to-end monthly payroll processing, including overtime calculations, leave records, claims, and statutory submissions.

  • Ensure payroll accuracy, timely processing, and compliance with company policies and local regulations.

  • Handle payroll-related enquiries including payslips, leave balances, and salary matters.

  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation.

  • Support HR administrative functions such as attendance tracking, onboarding documentation, confirmation letters, and leave administration.

  • Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination.

  • Support employee engagement activities and internal HR communications.

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with employment regulations and HR best practices.

  • Prepare HR and payroll-related reports and documentation as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience with hands-on payroll processing exposure.

  • Good understanding of payroll administration and statutory contribution processes.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.

  • Experience using payroll systems will be advantageous.

  • Meticulous, responsible, and able to handle confidential information professionally.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
