We are seeking an experienced HR Payroll & Administration Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing while supporting core HR administrative functions. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in payroll operations, as well as maintain organized HR records and provide administrative support to the HR department.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
Handle payroll reconciliations, reporting, and audits
Manage employee claims, benefits administration, and statutory contributions
Address employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner
HR Administration
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates
Prepare HR-related letters (employment contracts, confirmations, etc.)
Coordinate leave management and attendance tracking systems
Assist in the implementation and improvement of HR policies and procedures
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to company policies and local employment regulations
Generate HR and payroll reports for management as required
General HR administration
Provide administrative support to the HR team and wider office as needed
Coordinate with external vendors
Support company events, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives
Key requirements
Ideally 4-5 years of hands-on experience in payroll and HR administration
Strong knowledge of payroll systems, tax regulations, and labor laws
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficient in HRIS (Unit4 Prosoft) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
