Job Summary
Lead the Human Resources function to drive strategic HR initiatives, optimize administrative operations, and oversee IT management, contributing to business growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives to influence leadership decision-making and drive organizational performance
- Design, implement, and regularly update company policies and procedures ensuring full compliance with labor laws
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, manage onboarding, and develop employee engagement, development, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Design and administer comprehensive compensation and benefits programs to support workforce motivation and competitiveness
- Resolve employee grievances and manage performance management systems to foster a positive and productive workplace culture
- Monitor and analyze HR KPIs such as turnover rates, cost-per-hire, and employee satisfaction to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Lead, mentor, and set objectives for the HR team while managing departmental budget and resources effectively
- Organize and deliver learning and professional development programs, coaching managers to enhance their HR capabilities
Administration
- Monitor and control office budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to optimize cost efficiency
- Develop and enforce administrative policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
- Oversee daily office operations including maintenance of equipment and management of supply levels
- Coordinate with departments, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless business operations and maintain strong partnerships
Information Technology
- Collaborate with vendors to develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and strategies that support business goals and leverage emerging technologies
- Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure including hardware, software, networks, and servers in partnership with vendors
- Prepare and manage the IT budget, making informed decisions on IT investments and vendor relationships
- Ensure smooth operation of IT systems by monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support through appointed vendor
- Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and collaborate with internal departments to meet technology needs
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR business partnering including administration, payroll, and recruitment, preferably in the oil and gas industry
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure
