- Lead the design and execution of HR strategies, policies, and frameworks aligned with organisational goals and public-sector governance standards
- Partner senior leadership to drive organisational development, workforce planning, and change initiatives to support business transformation.
- Oversee end-to-end talent management including recruitment, succession planning, leadership development and employee capability building.
- Establish and manage performance management, rewards, and compensation frameworks aligned with market benchmarks and organisational outcomes.
- Drive employee engagement, well-being, and DEI initiatives to foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.
- Ensure strong HR governance, compliance with labour laws, and effective implementation of HR policies, processes, and controls.
- Oversee HR operations including onboarding, payroll, HR systems, employee records, and vendor management to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor HR effectiveness through KPIs, audits, and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance
