Responsibilities
1. HR Communications & Digital Newsletter
- To Lead the strategy, content development, design direction, and production of the HR digital newsletter, delivering a magazine-style, digital-first experience.
- Develop integrated communication campaigns that spotlight employee stories, culture, milestones, and key HR initiatives.
- Ensure consistent tone, branding, and messaging across regions and platforms, in close collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent, Learning & Development, and business leaders to curate and shape engaging, high-impact content.
2. University & Campus Engagement (Regional)
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, polytechnics, and academic partners across the region.
- Lead regional Campus Connect strategies, including career fairs, speaker engagements, internship branding, campus activations, and digital outreach.
- Collaborate with HR and Marketing to strengthen employer branding and visibility among early-career talent.
- Oversee the end-to-end internship pipeline, including selection, onboarding, experience design, performance management, and conversion recommendations.
3. Employee Engagement
- Design and deliver region-wide employee engagement programs, events, and cultural initiatives that foster connection and inclusion.
- Partner with HR and leadership teams to create meaningful experiences that celebrate people and reinforce company values.
- Lead recognition programs, celebrations, and fun-at-work initiatives to drive engagement and morale.
- Manage external vendors and partners for events, creative production, and experiential activations.
4. People Leadership & Team Development
- Supervise, mentor, and guide communications and design interns.
- Provide clear direction, coaching, and feedback to ensure high-quality creative output.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-energy team culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Media, or a related discipline
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, employer branding, HR communications, employee engagement, or similar roles
- Proven experience leading creative, communications, or engagement initiatives across multiple regions is highly advantageous
- Well verse in writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling content
