As a Senior HR Executive, Wellness (Healthcare) you will be responsible for the following duties:
Coordinate and implement staff wellness, wellbeing, and employee engagement programmes, including onboarding initiatives.
Assist in the planning and delivery of wellness activities, workshops, and staff engagement events.
Administer staff recognition and award programmes in line with organisational policies.
Manage organisation-wide communications and outreach for wellness and engagement initiatives.
Support the analysis of employee feedback (e.g. engagement or pulse surveys) and contribute to action planning.
Compile data, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports and presentations.
Provide administrative and secretariat support to HR engagement and wellbeing committees.
Assist with HR projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Health Management, or related disciplines.
Possess at least 2 years of relevant experience in employee engagement, wellness programmes, HR administration, or programme coordination.
