As a Senior HR Executive (Healthcare Industry), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Collaborate with business units to oversee the full employee lifecycle

• Act as the primary point of contact for HR and people-related advisory support

• Assist with workforce planning and resourcing to align with departmental requirements

• Work closely with Heads of Department on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention efforts

• Evaluate and enhance HR processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness

• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.

• Possess at least 5 years of relevant experience.

• Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
