. Manage and process full set of payroll & staff claims, including statutory reporting.
. Perform full recruitment cycle from advertising, screening, interviewing, and recommendations for successful placements.
. Manage work pass applications (application, renewal, appeals) and ensure that all Company and employee information is accurately updated in a timely manner with MOM.
. Provide administrative support in the deployment and execution of core and annual HR projects and events.
. Maintain and update employee records, information, and personal files in the HRIS in accordance with Company policies, audit guidelines, Singapore laws and regulations.
. Assist with all HR related functions, tasks, initiatives, and programs.
. Assist with ad hoc tasks / projects that may arise from time to time.
Requirements:
. Diploma / Degree holder with at least 6 years of relevant HR experience
. Strong verbal and written communication skills
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
. Meticulous with a high degree of integrity and demonstrated ability to work in a team
. Polite and resourceful with good interpersonal skills
. An ability to multi-task and work quickly and efficiently
