Responsibilities
To provide administrative support to the Professional Conduct & Professional Standards Division in the following areas:
- Create case files upon receipt of new complaints and update the necessary excel databases as case progresses
- Manage the mailbox receiving emails sent out by case officers (on average 80 emails each day) and assist to sort the emails to the respective cases according to case reference number indicated in the subject header
- Identify the stage of the complaint the email pertains to and e-file the emails for the respective cases
- Support case officers by tracking timelines, emailing responses to recipients and organising documents received in respect of the complaint
- Draft various letters (according to template format given) for different stages of complaint
- Liaise with vendors on office maintenance matters
- Assist the team with ad hoc assignments / projects
Requirements
- Diploma or higher
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment under tight timelines
- Good writing and strong organisation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Able to manage high volume of emails on a daily basis
Contract Duration:12 months
Salary:
Working Arrangement (5-day work week in office)
- Monday to Thursday (8.30am to 6pm)
- Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
