Learning and Development, Corporate Planning & Development (1-year contract)
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated individual to assist in the delivery and coordination of learning programmes, leadership development initiatives, and career development activities across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in coordinating and administering learning programmes, including scheduling sessions, managing participant registrations, and liaising with facilitators and vendors. Assist in the planning and execution of leadership development initiatives such as workshops, coaching sessions, and development programmes for officers at various levels.
- A key aspect of this role involves supporting the development and implementation of the functional competency frameworks across various job families, including liaising with subject matter experts to identify role-specific competencies, documenting competency definitions, and proficiency levels.
- Support the administration of 360-degree feedback processes, including coordinating feedback cycles, managing the distribution and collection of feedback surveys, liaising with participants and raters, compiling feedback reports, and supporting debrief sessions.
- The role involves supporting career development activities, including career conversations, mentoring programmes. Additionally, the candidate will provide corporate planning support including coordinating the annual work plan and enterprise planning cycle, working with key stakeholders to prepare reports that are aligned with Whole-of-Government (WOG) and Ministry level initiatives to ensure organisational alignment with broader government objectives.
- Administrative duties include maintaining learning management systems, tracking participation and completion rates, preparing reports and presentations, and managing programme materials and resources. The candidate will also provide logistical support for learning events, handle queries from participants, and assist in evaluating programme effectiveness through feedback collection and analysis.

- Working Arrangement: Mondays to Thursdays : 8.30 am - 6.00 pm Fridays : 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
