Job Description

  • 8am - 5.30pm (5 days)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Oversee payroll administration, compensation & benefits, and ensure timely submissions for statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS, etc.).
  • Review, implement, and update HR policies in line with labor laws and industry best practices.
  • Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution professionally.
  • Support and guide managers in performance management processes, appraisals, and career development plans.
  • Plan and implement training programs and employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture.
  • Prepare and analyse HR reports (turnover, headcount, etc.) for management decision-making.
  • Mentor junior HR staff and oversee daily HR operations.
  • Drive HR projects and change management initiatives to support business goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and above in HR Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years of HR experience
  • Experience in HRIS systems
