About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to manage day-to-day HR operations and support business units in aligning HR practices with organizational goals. This role focuses on employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition experience.
- Advise and support line managers on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Assist with the planning and execution of employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Support training coordination and performance appraisal processes.
- Maintain HR policies and SOPs, ensuring consistent application and compliance with local employment laws.
- Manage employee data, HR documents, and support payroll inputs (e.g., leave, claims, benefits).
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics for management review.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant HR experience in a generalist or HRBP role.
- Strong understanding of onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP).
