Job Description

PSC Corporation is local public listed company with 50 years of history. We have several subsidiaries in Singapore and Malaysia. We are a wholesaler as well as distributor of food products and paper products. Fortune Food Manufacturing that manufactures soya bean products in Singapore is also one of our subsidiaries.

Job Specifications:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent

  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of HR Generalist experience

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in handling full spectrum of Payroll

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Recruitment

  • Able to manage relations and resolve employees concerns and issues.

  • Have working knowledge in budgeting and year end appraisal.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to write and speak proficiently in English and Mandarin (To communicate with the internal staff who cannot communicate in English).

  • Proficient in MS Office applications

  • Well verse in Employment Act

  • Meticulous and Passionate

  • Good team player

  • Familiar with Infotech system for attendance and E frontier.

  • Good initiative

  • Strong in Figures and proficient with Excel

  • Independent

Core Responsibilities:

  • Handle A to Z Human Resources Functions

  • Handling recruitment and learning needs for respective departments and to align with business strategy and objectives

  • Partner with respective Business Units to achieve business strategy

  • Work with respective Business Units to attract, retain, develop, reward, care and engage our staff

  • Provide day to day support to meet the operational needs of Business Units

  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of monthly payroll processing, CPF submissions, IR21, IR8A

  • Prepare monthly payroll report

  • Involving in performance appraisal and annual increment exercise

  • Handling staff disciplinary issues and grievances

  • Leave and benefit claims administration

  • Work pass application

  • Support the HR department in reviewing, developing and implementation of HR policies, plans and processes

  • Participate in projects and events on adhoc basis

  • We believe in empowering the incumbent to manage the departments / company under her/him as an independent strong HR business partner hence the incumbent should already have the relevant HR experience and exposure, and traits of independence, problem solving and decisiveness to manage this role. For this we provide a stable, cohesive and open work environment with the full support of the Manager and team.

  • SINGAPOREANS only.

Mondays to Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm

We provide Annual Wage Supplement and Bonus (subject to performance)

We provide company bus to and from Boon Lay MRT station.
