Job Summary
You will manage daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting smooth delivery processes.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods accurately and on time
- Pack goods precisely to prepare for timely delivery to customers
- Maintain and update accurate inventory records to support stock control activities
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory audits to verify stock accuracy
- Ensure proper documentation is completed for all incoming and outgoing goods
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards consistently
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth warehouse operations and timely deliveries
- Perform additional general warehouse duties as assigned to support overall operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse experience
- Experience in picking, packing, and inventory handling
- Basic computer knowledge including Excel and inventory systems
- Physically fit to perform hands-on warehouse tasks
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented work approach
- Good teamwork and communication skills
