Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end Singapore work pass applications (EP, S Pass, Work Permit), including applications, renewals, cancellations, and appeals.
  • Ensure compliance with Employment Act, MOM regulations, quota and levy requirements.
  • Monitor work pass expiry dates and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate and manage foreign workers accommodation, ensuring compliance with MOM housing standards.
  • Support recruitment activities such as job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Assist in leave management, attendance tracking and reporting.
  • Handle company's Payroll, CPF submission, Tax Clearance and Annual IR8A filings.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding of employees, including medical check-ups and orientation.
  • Support staff training initiatives, performance review cycles, and employee engagement activities.
  • Able to write clear and concise meeting minutes.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of HR policies, procedures, and records.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees on HR matters.
  • Assist in handling employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and exit processes.
  • Support HR initiatives, audits, and ad-hoc HR projects as required.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant HR experience in Singapore.
  • Proven experience handling Singapore work pass applications and MOM regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and AI tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Good interpersonal, communication (verbal/ written) skills and organizational skills.
