We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to manage recruitment, learning and development and employee performance programs.
Responsibilities
- Manage full employee life cycle administration - sourcing, interviews, background checks, selection, on-boarding, new employee orientation, confirmations, employee performance management, talent development, promotions, employee separation, exit surveys & off-boarding.
- Process work pass applications, renewals, cancellation etc.
- Administer internal and external audits and ensure all documentation is kept updated at all times .
- Facilitate employee engagement activities, grievance and counseling matters, benefits administration and support payroll processing.
- Maintain HR system and ensure timely updates of employee records.
- Lead & conduct annual refresher trainings of key Policies & SOPs
- Support L&D activities including conducting training modules for employees
- Supports HR administration insurance claims, government paid leave claims, income tax submissions, CPF contributions, NSmen claims, etc.
- Support in driving Global or Regional HR projects locally.

- Have strong interpersonal skills to be able to work with different levels of employee groups
- Be proactive to resolve problems and willing to take ownership
- Independent and good team player
- Diploma or BSc in Human Resources Management
- 3 - 4 Years experience in a similar role and be well versed in Singapore Employment Laws and managing HR policies & procedures effectively
- Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems - Access E-Pay & Workday.
