Job Description
- Analyse current and future business needs and recommend new initiatives and processes to drive continuous improvement in the team's objectives, productivity, and development.
- Partner with leaders and line managers to provide insights and solutions for day-to-day people matters and long-term organisational plans across areas such as recruitment planning, career development, talent management, learning and development, coaching, compensation and rewards, employee relations, recognition programmes, and strategic development.
- Ensure a high level of employee engagement through effective monitoring of employee sentiment and engagement.
- Manage complex HR initiatives at both operational and strategic levels to deliver best-in-class HR programmes.
- Handle employee relations and performance-related discussions and challenges together with relevant teams and leaders.
- Manage people analytics and workforce data to generate meaningful insights that inform organisational strategies and leadership decisions. Lead manpower planning across teams to ensure optimal resource allocation and future workforce readiness.
- Champion and embed Monee's culture and values in all aspects of work.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of HR experience in a dynamic, high-performing environment.
- Previous experience as an HR generalist or HR consultant is an advantage.
- Strategic thinking: Able to evaluate situations quickly, combining strong business judgement and people intuition to make well-founded decisions.
- Able to work in a dynamic environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and high standards.
- Proactive and collaborative in approach.
