Job Description
- Own end-to-end hiring delivery, from clarifying business hiring needs, sourcing and assessment, through offer management and closing
- Act as a trusted hiring partner to hiring managers by aligning on workforce plans, role priorities, and hiring timelines
- Continuously review and improve recruitment workflows, identifying bottlenecks and implementing practical, scalable solutions
- Coach and support junior recruiters, providing hands-on guidance, feedback, and sharing best practices
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive recruitment initiatives and projects that improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience
- Track, analyse, and communicate recruitment metrics, using insights to guide decisions and improve outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Proactive and self-driven, with strong problem-solving ability and sound independent judgment
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, able to balance business priorities with people judgment
- Proven project management and execution skills, comfortable operating in a dynamic, evolving environment
- Clear, confident communicator, able to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Collaborative team player with a resourceful, solution-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with regional talent markets is a strong advantage
- Experience in the internet or technology industry is a plus
