Job Description

As our HR Business Partner, you will be a strategic ally to our leadership team. You'll help translate business goals into people strategies, ensuring our teams are engaged, high-performing, and equipped to thrive. Your work will directly influence how we attract, develop, and retain top talent, shaping the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with department heads to design and implement people strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development.
  • Implement initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, performance management, and career progression.
  • Analyse HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement scores) to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Support leaders in managing complex employee relations cases, balancing business and employees interest.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure we attract and hire the right talent for our culture and goals.
  • Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.

Our Requirements

  • Proven experience of at least 8–10-year experience in HR Business Partnering.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and organisational development principles.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills—you can build trust at all levels.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • A passion for fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
  • Experience in change management and supporting teams through transformation is a plus.
