As our HR Business Partner, you will be a strategic ally to our leadership team. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with department heads to design and implement people strategies that align with business objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development.
- Implement initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, performance management, and career progression.
- Analyse HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement scores) to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions.
- Support leaders in managing complex employee relations cases, balancing business and employees interest.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure we attract and hire the right talent for our culture and goals.
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
Our Requirements
- Proven experience of at least 8–10-year experience in HR Business Partnering.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and organisational development principles.
- Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills—you can build trust at all levels.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- A passion for fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
- Experience in change management and supporting teams through transformation is a plus.
