Job Description

Senior HR and Administrative Executive

Responsible for end-to-end HR operations and office administration. This role ensures compliance with local regulations, supports business objectives through effective HR practices, and maintains efficient administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Manage full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, performance management, and offboarding
  • Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
  • Handle leave management, employee records, and benefits administration
  • Support employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance handling
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with MOM and statutory requirements
  • Coordinate training and development programs, welfare events
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
  • Prepare HR reports
  • Support company events, meetings,and logistics coordination

Administration

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace
  • Manage office facilities, equipment, supplies, and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate office maintenance, IT support, and service contracts
  • Support management with administrative tasks, scheduling, and documentation
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR and administrative experience
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR practices
  • Experience handling payroll and work pass processes
  • Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
