Senior HR and Administrative Executive
Responsible for end-to-end HR operations and office administration. This role ensures compliance with local regulations, supports business objectives through effective HR practices, and maintains efficient administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Manage full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, performance management, and offboarding
- Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
- Handle leave management, employee records, and benefits administration
- Support employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance handling
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with MOM and statutory requirements
- Coordinate training and development programs, welfare events
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
- Prepare HR reports
- Support company events, meetings,and logistics coordination
Administration
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace
- Manage office facilities, equipment, supplies, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate office maintenance, IT support, and service contracts
- Support management with administrative tasks, scheduling, and documentation
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR and administrative experience
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR practices
- Experience handling payroll and work pass processes
- Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
