Job Description

Our client, a wellestablished regional healthcare group is currently looking for a Senior Group Finance Manager. This is a key appointment for an experienced finance professional who is motivated by the opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organisation with meaningful impact across the healthcare landscape. The role sits at the group level and offers broad exposure to senior management, cross-border operations and strategic initiatives during an exciting phase of growth.

In this role as a Senior Group Finance Manager, you will lead the group's financial consolidation, reporting and monthly closing processes across multiple entities. The individual will play a central role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity and timeliness of financial information while strengthening financial governance and regulatory compliance throughout the group. Beyond core reporting responsibilities, the role will partner closely with operational and business leaders to provide commercial insights, support decision-making and enhance overall financial performance.

The role will also oversee budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis, offering critical input to long-term planning and organisational strategy. Continuous improvement is an another key focus and the successful candidate will drive the enhancement of financial policies, processes and systems, identifying opportunities for greater consistency, efficiency and automation across the finance function.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with professional qualifications such as CA or CPA being strongly preferred. They should bring at least 10 years of relevant experience, including solid exposure to group consolidation. Experience within the healthcare sector or in other complex, multi-entity, service-driven environments would be highly advantageous. Strong technical accounting expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead and develop a finance team are essential. The right individual will be proactive, resilient, and solutions-oriented with a collaborative approach and sound business judgment.

This is an opportunity to take on a visible, influential role within a respected and expanding healthcare group, contributing to both financial stewardship and strategic execution.
