As part of our continued expansion, our FundServices platform is growing to support hedge funds and alternative investment structures, and we are looking to strengthen our team.

Key Responsibilities

Fund Accounting & Administration

  • Deliver full-spectrum fund accounting and administration services to assigned hedge fund and alternative investment clients
  • Handle day-to-day accounting activities including cash management, payment processing, and bank reconciliations
  • Reconcile cash, positions, expenses, pricing, and accruals
  • Prepare and review NAV calculations and other periodic fund reports

Fees, Financials & Reporting

  • Calculate and review management fees, performance fees, high-water marks, hurdle rates, and other fund-level calculations in accordance with fund governing documents
  • Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and ad hoc client reports
  • Ensure financial reporting is compliant with applicable accounting standards, including IFRS, US GAAP, and Singapore GAAP

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, responding to fund and investor queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors and support year-end audits, tax filings, and other statutory submissions
  • Assist clients with regulatory and investor reporting requirements where applicable

Operations & Growth

  • Support new fund launches, investor onboarding, and set up of accounting records
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, strengthen operational controls, and enhance efficiency
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in fund administration, investment management, or public accounting, preferably with exposure to hedge funds or alternative investment funds
  • Strong understanding of fund structures, fiduciary responsibilities, and valuation principles
  • Good working knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and Singapore GAAP
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders
  • Experience with Bloomberg and/or FIS InvestOne will be an advantage
