Function: Risk Control / Operations

Job Description:

• Risk Control Strategy Management: Lead risk control strategies for payments, transactions, and user accounts. Oversee the definition of risk scenarios, deployment of strategies, and implementation of response measures.
• Risk Analysis and Strategy Optimization: Analyze risk trends in depth, identify fraud patterns through data insights, validate and evaluate the quality of strategies and models, and continuously optimize risk control strategies and models.
• System Development and Innovation: Leverage risk control experience to collaborate with data and development teams, driving the construction and optimization of online risk control systems and decision engines. Implement innovative risk control solutions to enhance efficiency and achieve business objectives.
• Monitoring Automation: Design, develop, and refine monitoring reports for key risk control indicators, and promote the automation of monitoring processes.
• Intelligence Gathering: Conduct in-depth investigations of the black and gray markets, continuously monitor and collect risk intelligence to support business needs.

Job Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in data science, statistics, or related fields.
• Work Experience: Over 5 years of experience in credit card fraud prevention and risk control strategies, with familiarity in international payment business and markets. Experience with credit card chargebacks is preferred, as well as knowledge of the domestic black market and common fraud patterns.
• Technical Skills: Strong data analysis skills, proficient in SQL, Python, and other data analysis tools. Experience with machine learning models is a plus.
• Business Understanding: Familiarity with risk control business processes and the ability to propose innovative solutions.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and resource coordination skills, with the ability to drive collaboration with product and technical teams.
• Language Skills: Good written and spoken English skills, with spoken proficiency preferred.
