The Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering with our client – a leading global technology organization – to hire an experienced Marketing Analytics & Operations Manager to support the regional Business Marketing team focused on large enterprise advertisers and agencies.
- This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of advanced analytics, marketing operations, and AI transformation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, product marketing, data science, and external partners to drive measurement excellence, streamline GTM initiatives, and operationalize AI-powered marketing infrastructure.
- The ideal candidate brings strong SQL and dashboarding expertise, proven experience delivering executive-ready insights, and the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
The Talent
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or marketing operations.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Google Sheets/Excel (advanced), and Looker/Looker Studio (or similar BI tools).
- Proven experience extracting and integrating data from marketing and sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, internal databases).
- Demonstrated ability to design dashboards, define KPIs, and conduct deep-dive analyses to drive business recommendations.
- Experience presenting insights and performance narratives to senior stakeholders.
- Strong project management capabilities with experience leading cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and navigating competing stakeholder priorities.
- Hands-on experience experimenting with AI tools within a B2B marketing context is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.

Job Description
- Extract, integrate, and analyze data from multiple marketing and sales systems using SQL and related tools.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards to track KPIs and marketing performance.
- Conduct ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization levers.
- Synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights into clear, compelling narratives for business reviews.
- Manage quarterly measurement operations and continuously optimize reporting processes.
- Lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution, ensuring delivery within scope and timelines.
- Define project scope, organize workstreams, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders for B2B GTM initiatives.
- Initiate and lead testing of marketing AI tools to enhance GTM infrastructure and operational efficiency.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to streamline marketing operations.
- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholder alignment and conflict resolution in a fast-paced environment.
