You will play a critical role in driving financial insights, supporting strategic initiatives, and delivering actionable analytics to key stakeholders across Axi. This position combines strong FP&A fundamentals with advanced data analytics capabilities.

Your EDGE Assignment/You Will

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Support annual financial planning, budgeting, and rolling forecasts.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models for business planning and scenario analysis.
• Prepare monthly variance analysis and management reporting with clear, insightful commentary.
• Partner closely with business units to understand financial drivers and identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Support board reporting and executive presentations with strong financial storytelling.

Data Analytics & Reporting

• Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Write intermediate to advanced SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyse large datasets.
• Automate recurring reports and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to drive data-informed decision making.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across financial reporting.

Strategic Support

• Support business case development, investment analysis, and ROI assessments.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through detailed financial analysis.
• Provide actionable insights to optimise financial performance and resource allocation.
• Support ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives as required by senior management.

Are you the one

• At least 4 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, management consulting or financial analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI and / or Tableau.
• Strong financial modelling capability.
• Solid foundation in finance principles and financial analysis.
• Strong business acumen with ability to understand key value drivers across different functions.
• Thrives on uncertainty and is a hustler at heart.
