Senior FP&A Analyst

We are looking for aSenior FP&A Analystwho canown the end-to-end FP&A processfor event projects and act as astrategic business partnerto the Director and C-suite. This is a hands-on role that requires agility in managing multiple requests, handling frequent changes, and building structure amid evolving business priorities. You will develop templates, streamline processes, and deliver insights that support both project execution and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadend-to-end FP&Afor event projects, including planning, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Develop and enhance reporting templatesto ensure consistent tracking of project performance.
• Partner closely withoperations, sales, and management teamsto gather insights and understand key project drivers.
• Performvariance and trend analysis, highlighting key risks and opportunities.
• Driveprocess improvement and reporting standardizationacross projects.
• Act as atrusted advisorto the Director and C-level executives, providing confident recommendations and challenging assumptions where needed.
• Adapt FP&A frameworks to fit thefast-moving and demandingnature of the event business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree inFinance, Accounting, or related field; CFA/CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of FP&A or finance experience, ideally in aproject-based or fast-paced multinational environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the skill to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellentstakeholder management and communicationskills, comfortable engaging with senior leaders.
• Hands-on, resourceful, and resilient, able to handle multiple priorities and frequent changes.
• Experience in creatingfinancial templates and dashboardsis a plus.
