Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Financial Advisory Representative to join as an early member of the platform.
This role is suited for someone who:
- Prefers quality over volume
- Wants freedom to operate
- Is comfortable in a performance-driven environment
What You'll Do
- Advise accredited and institutional clients on investments and portfolio strategy
- Generate and communicate investment ideas (public markets, funds, structured products, etc.)
- Build and manage long-term client relationships
- Operate within MAS regulatory and compliance frameworks
What We're Looking For
- ≥5 years relevant experience in financial advisory / wealth / investments
- Eligible to be appointed under the Financial Advisers Act (Singapore)
- Strong capital markets understanding
- Self-driven, commercially minded
- Existing client base is a plus (not mandatory)
Compensation Structure
- 100% commission-based (high payout ratio)
