Senior Finance Manager / Senior Accountant / Finance Analyst

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Finance Manager / Senior Accountant / Finance Analyst. The role is responsible for supporting financial operations, managing accounting processes, and providing financial analysis to support strategic business decisions. Key responsibilities include preparing financial reports, monitoring budgets and expenditures, analyzing financial data, and ensuring accuracy in accounting records and financial documentation. The position also involves supporting financial planning activities, coordinating audits, maintaining compliance with financial policies and regulations, and assisting with forecasting and reporting processes. In addition, the role includes identifying opportunities for financial improvement, supporting internal controls, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of finance and accounting operations.

Qualifications

· Strong knowledge of Finance, Accounting, and Financial Analysis practices

· Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting procedures

· Understanding of accounting standards, compliance requirements, and audit processes

· Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate financial reports

· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial management systems

· Ability to manage multiple financial tasks and reporting deadlines effectively

· Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities

· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

· Good time management and decision-making skills

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

· Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent are considered an advantage

· Ability to adapt to dynamic business environments and changing financial priorities
