Job Description

Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from start to completion
Prepare project schedules, work programs, and resource planning
Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed on time and within budget
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings
Manage project costs, budgeting, and variation orders
Review and approve contractors progress claims and invoices
Ensure quality control and compliance with construction standards and regulations
Enforce workplace safety requirements and site safety procedures
Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and implement corrective actions
Monitor material procurement and delivery schedules
Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates for management and clients
Liaise with relevant authorities for permits, inspections, and approvals
Coordinate testing, commissioning, and project handover activities
Manage and lead project teams to achieve project objectives
Ensure proper documentation and filing of project records
Support tendering, contract administration, and project planning activities when required
