Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Accounting Executive to support and manage our financial and taxationactivities in our establishment, which provides dedicated professional servicesas a Corporate Service Provider (CSP). The ideal candidate should possess astrong background in financial accounting, reporting, and Singapore taxcompliance, along with excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively support both the company and our clients.
Key Responsibilities (Internal and Client Accounts):
Responsibilities include handling accounting and compliance matters for both the company and our clients:
. Manage clients daily accounting and financial transactions
. Handle full sets of accounts for SME clients
. Prepare financial statements, management reports, and reconciliations
. Prepare GST filings, corporate tax submissions,and other statutory compliance matters
. Liaise with and assist clients on statutory audits, XBRL preparation, and monthly reporting matters
. Ensure compliance with ACRA, IRAS, and other Singapore regulatory requirements
. Work closely with internal departments to support operational and financial activities
. Manage multiple client portfolios independently and meet reporting deadlines
. Assist with other ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
. Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or arelated field
. At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, or corporate service provider environment
. Experience in handling full sets of accounts and Singapore statutory compliance for SMEs will be an added advantage
. Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms
. Strong practical knowledge of Singapore financial reporting, taxation, GST, and compliance requirements
. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
. Able to work independently and as part of a team
. Good communication and interpersonal skills
. Professional qualifications such as ISCA, CPA,or ACCA will be an added advantage
