Senior Finance Manager - Real Estate - Singapore
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-entity financial reporting and consolidation
- Oversee statutory accounting, tax compliance, and audit processes
- Manage working capital, treasury, and cross-border finance operations
- Analyse asset financial performances vs budget/forecast and providing insights on business activities and performances
- Manage the financing for new acquisitions and refinancing for existing investments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting + CPA / ACCA / CA
- Minimum 10 years experience, including multinational exposure and hands-on with full-set accounts, IFRS, SFRS, and multi-entity consolidation
- Background in corporate finance (M&A, funding, capital planning) preferred
- Excellent communication skills
