Our client is a global private equity fund.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead statutory audits for multiple group entities, ensuring timely closures with both internal teams and external auditors.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
- Manage accounts payable, cash management, treasury tasks, and ensure compliance across group entities.
- Provide financial support and analysis to the business while driving the implementation of new systems and processes.
- Handle private equity fund operations, including drawdowns, distributions, and co-investments, while maintaining a well-organized data library.
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience preferred
- Proven track record managing statutory audits for multiple entities, especially in multinational or private equity environments.
- Strong understanding of private equity fund structures
- Excellent MS Excel skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
