Regional Senior Finance Manager, APAC (Hybrid)

Full time, Singapore

The APAC Regional Senior Finance Manager is responsible for driving strong financial governance, compliance, and integrity of financial reporting across the region. The role ensures accurate, timely, and insightful delivery of month-end closing, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting.

In addition, the role supports regional finance transformation initiatives, leads process improvements, and provides business partnering to support strategic decision-making. The incumbent is expected to demonstrate strong ownership, initiative, and a proactive mindset in delivering high-quality outcomes.

As a Regional Senior Finance Manager, APAC, you will

  • Lead end-to-end financial reporting and close processes, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with group and statutory requirements
  • Establish and strengthen financial governance, internal controls, and risk management frameworks across the region
  • Drive regional budgeting and forecasting processes, delivering robust analysis, insights, and performance visibility
  • Partner senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making and enhance commercial outcomes
  • Oversee balance sheet integrity, ensuring timely reconciliations and resolution of outstanding items
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
  • Drive finance transformation initiatives including process standardization, automation, and system improvements
  • Ensure effective collaboration with auditors, tax advisors, and cross-functional regional teams
  • Champion continuous improvement, identifying efficiencies and enhancing overall finance operations
  • Lead and support strategic projects and ad hoc financial analysis aligned to business priorities

About You

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance, with a recognized professional qualification (preferably CPA)
  • Extensive experience in APAC regional finance roles
  • Strong expertise in financial reporting, controls, compliance, and governance frameworks
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership
  • Effective communicator with experience working across multicultural, cross-functional teams
  • Passion for continuous improvement and driving operational excellence
