Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Finance Director / Senior Finance Manager. The role involves overseeing financial planning, preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Finance Director / Senior Finance Manager will also be responsible for providing key insights and analyses to guide strategic decision-making and support business growth.

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making
• Proven ability to manage budgets and ensure financial compliance
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in technology or consulting industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA/CPA or equivalent qualification preferred
